    Since offers its certification courses as streaming digital content, customers are requested to first thouroughly read the eligiblity criteria, list of topics and other FAQs and then choose the correct certification before submitting the application form and paying the fee.

    However, in rare circumstances wherein customer pays the fee for a wrong certification by mistake, customers are allowed to cancel the transaction in order to re-apply for an alternative certification available on our website. However the Invoice for the alterantive certification needs to be paid first before cancelling the initial transaction. A request for this has to be sent to and our team will help you register for the correct certification after cancelling the transaction for the certification wrongly chosen.
